Hello fellow fitties and welcome to my website!

I’ll be posting regular workout ideas here for my wonderful clients and anyone who wants to get involved and start feeling fantastic. But first I’d like to show you some client testimonials that my lovely PT and small group training crew have been kind enough to provide. Emma is a great PT. She listens carefully to your goals and tailors every session to what you want to achieve. She is also enthusiastic and makes the training fun and varied which has encouraged me to stick to my training programme. I would highly recommend Emma whatever your initial goals or fitness level.


I have only had a couple of training sessions with Emma so far, but it is already clear that her attitude and approach to personal training is going to provide a boost to my standard weekly regime. I have thought about PT before but it always felt like too much trouble booking a bunch of sessions and making the commitment – especially since I’m pretty good at motivating myself anyway. I was surprised to learn that a few changes to my technique and some smart ways to combine the exercise of different muscle group along with a fun and relaxed approach to setting goals, has made a dramatic difference in terms of results and my attitude to the benefits of personal training.


I’m a busy mum so I’ve always found it difficult to find the time to train, despite really wanting to lose weight and tone up. I now train with Emma at least once a week and find the workouts she gives me to use when I’m not with her really useful! I’m seeing great results, more confident, and managing to fit exercise in to my routine now.
